Victim of circumstances

"I am a victim of circumstance"

I believe the phrase is "victim of circumstances." I've found several quotes about circumstances but none containing this particular phrase. Anyone have any ideas?

The Three Stooges' "Curly" used to say that ...."I'm a vic'um of circumstance...woo, woo, woo, woo, err, err, err, err ....hey Mo! ---(smack)---oof!
