If someone were a busybody constantly involved in my affairs, I would say "Get a life!" short for "Get a your own life!" - stop trying to live my life for me.
If someone were obsessed with a hobby or other past-time, I would say "Get a life!" short for "Get a real life!" - start living in the real world with the rest of us.
