Personally, I LOVE my chiropractor (well metaphorically speaking). : Here(in the land of Oz), we'd say 'rooms'. Much like a doctor. Although this term always amuses me when there is in fact only one room. We also say, Chiropractor's surgery sometimes, which is to me a chronic misnomer. But I can only assume it's a carry-over from doctor's surgery - which is also generally a misnomer when referring to a clinic or GP (general practice). But, nonetheless, it's a common thing to say here. Consultants have 'rooms'.
