"Random reposessions" is a euphemism for stealing cars.
Usually a car is legally repossesed when the owner fails to make a few installment payments. A tow truck comes in the middle of the night and takes the car away.
Car thieves do the same thing except without the legality of a court approved repossession.

A "prenup" is an abbreviation for "prenuptial agreement" which is a contract between two people about to wed that spells out how assets will be distributed in the event of divorce or death.

"Ironclad" is an adjective used to describe how strongly worded the document is. It means there is no getting around the details of the agreement no matter what happens.
