Anyway I found more or less solutions to most problems.

: : : Berg thank you for your suggestion, it makes much more sense than my explanation, I thought that add was shortening the word additional, therefore I translated additional information, but I think ad info fits here better, and I'm not sure additional can be shorten into add,can it?

: A comma would have helped: see their customers/sales, add info, .... (lets them add information to the database...) Sometimes "add" is "add."

Thank you Bob, I also thought about this possibility.
