I say I'm buying toys (dollhouse furniture and tea sets from the 1950s) and children's books for my someday grandchildren. But they are really ALL for ME. You aren't sitting on the floor in night clubs singing "The Wheels on the Bus" are you? You aren't driving an SUV designed on purpose to look like a giant Tonka truck are you? : Right. Better go. My easybake oven is beeping. I wonder what the age range is. My soon-to-be 20-year-old children want nothing to do with the trappings of their childhood. And they cringe if I tell cute stories about when they were little.
