: The sign reads "on leave lips". I added the quotation marks myself. The sign is located in the enterance hall to a camp kitchen and I have no idea what it means. Any ideas?

A variation on the old wartime "Loose lips sink ships" is my best guess.....to be careful what you say when "on leave" away from the military base?
